- Support Sales Initiatives: Assist the Regional Account Executives by identifying and qualifying new EMS agency leads that could benefit from Tele911’s telehealth solutions.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to introduce Tele911 and set the stage for further discussions by the Account Executive team.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to support the EMS Division in staying current on industry trends and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Product Familiarity: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Tele911’s offerings to accurately present them in preliminary discussions with potential clients.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that support the sales process.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report outreach efforts and engagement results, providing insights to refine outreach strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or EMS training at an EMT or Paramedic level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the healthcare, EMS, or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate and nurture client relationships.
- A foundational understanding of sales principles and client acquisition strategies.
- Ability to analyze industry trends and support a data-driven sales process.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
