SALARY: $70K - $80K Annually

Each year millions of non-emergent calls are made to 911 that overcrowd emergency rooms, reduce ambulance availability for life-threatening issues, and increase health care costs by billions of dollars. Tele911 integrates with EMS Agencies to allow for safe Treatment in Place or alternate destination transport also providing wrap around follow-up services.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
To help us continue to grow, we’re in search of an experienced technical project manager to lead our multi-disciplinary operational and development team. As an ideal candidate, you will help fulfill technical needs within the company including our current tech platform, IT infrastructure, and operational softwares. You’re a highly-skilled technical manager with a proven ability to not only maintain our current systems, but help identify and build efficiencies within the organization — from conception through release. You may already be a confident leader who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful maintenance and improvement of technical products that optimize our operational efficiencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain current technical platforms
• Identify technical gaps and present strategies for improvement
• Build operational efficiencies within current company software and identify new tools to help optimize operational needs
• Provide input and guidance to Development and Quality Assurance to drive excellent quality in products
• Work closely with Product Development to maintain product backlog in alignment with roadmap including prioritizing, grooming, and understanding acceptance criteria
• Keep internal documentation updated and reflecting the most current functionality and support documentation for internal stakeholders
• Establish release plans in alignment with resources while maintaining awareness of customer issues impacting milestone dates
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Experience in Agile development methodology
• Experience defining and using analytics/metrics/KPIs
• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Able to adapt to changes in priorities and make immediate adjustments to the development process and focus
• Able to facilitate large team meetings and pull all participants into discussions
• Able to speak to issues in practice and influence necessary change by the development teams
• Experience with Databases (MySql), BI tools, Automation, Monday.com
• Basic coding experience highly desirable
• Preferred, but not required:
• Previous software and web development experience
• Emergency Medical Services knowledge or experience
• Telehealth software experience
